I know someone who has just moved with moss properties and there so unreliable left her without a basic necessities and don’t answer calls or come and do simple tasks all these reviews are a joke and you all lie on them about very helpful doesn’t seem like it to me

Absolutely shocking from start to finish. When I moved in nothing had been cleaned from the previous tenant, so had to clean the whole place myself. My partner and I were given only one key for the property when there should have been two, so had to go and pay to get it copied. Throughout the two year tenancy there were various problems. One being the fire alarm broken as it fell out of the ceiling when I tried to change the battery. Reported to Moss straight away and they took 5 months to come out and repair it, which is obviously illegal. Communication was terrible. I reported black mould up the walls which I repeatedly cleaned, they refused to do anything about it. I was charged £250 just to renew the tenancy for a year, which is shocking - how can signing a new agreement cost £250?! Absolute rip off merchants. My tenancy ended during lockdown, and I had to leave as there was no leeway on the rent. I was still charged £150 "check out fee" despite having to post the keys back to their office myself as they couldn't conduct an inspection of the property or key handover during lockdown, so yet another unnecessary fee. Disgusting way to treat tenants. I repeatedly asked for the landlords direct contact details, which they refused to give me. Something tells me the landlord probably doesn't know how bad this agency are at managing his property!

Hard to get hold of days to respond to enquiries. Gave up in the end. Not worth the hassle!
