Seriously anyone considering dealing with these please think again. Absolute shambles from start to finish. Had to chase them several times just to organise a viewing. Highlighted repairs that needed to be done prior to moving in which we was assured would be (they wernt) the application process is a massive pain then once your in the property they have no interest. Was paying £1250 a month and didn’t even have a heating system that worked right and didn’t get sorted till 9 months after moving in. The letting agents lie, the maintenance people lie (do they not think the workmen don’t speak to people when doing repairs). Oh and the inspections, done remotely from someone based in South Africa which they make you spend over an hour walking around the property while they tell you where to go so they can take pics. Even wanted pics of our personal possessions. Then when our 12 month contract was getting ready to end we got told they would only renew for 6 month which we were promised 2 years on renew. Said I’d have to think about it and she then rang me back and said actually we’re not willing to renew giving us 2 month to find somewhere else. They put me off renting for life and I actually bought a property. On a positive note I met the landlord who was a lovely bloke and we had a very long conversation about the treatment we received

At the outset, the service was excellent—marked by proactive communication, consistent updates, and what felt like a genuine partnership. This positive start encouraged us to purchase four additional properties, bringing our portfolio to six buy-to-let properties, all managed by Moss. Unfortunately, over the past two years, the standard of service has deteriorated dramatically. Communication became inconsistent, issues were repeatedly mishandled, and, most concerningly, we experienced behaviour that we would describe as pressurising and unprofessional. As a result, and with great reluctance, we made the decision to sell all six properties. The trust, support, and reliability that once defined our relationship with Moss had completely broken down.
Have to say the viewing was great, very helpful however after paying the holding fee there has been no communication for around a month now.
Worst ever,if I could give less than one star I should have give that.I rented a property from them for a year ,Moved in to a property with boiler not working and after chasing for 2 weeks someone came to check at least.The maintenance department is absolute no use.If you need any services u need to keep chasing them.Better not to rent any from them.give you a lot of false promises and never full any.
Initially, I left positive feedback, but it's time for updates, because a lot has happened. They will do anything to put you in the house (Victoria is trying to do her best to do it) and then contact with them is hard. Very difficult communication. Basically, they are only interested in collecting your money. They left us alone with a child under 2yo when the house burned down in an accident, they were not interested in us after few days. They lied that they would contact us, which never happened unless they had to talk because of the landlord. People without morals and scruples. I can't recommend them at all. They are useless. Moreover, properties are too expensive and the price is inadequate to the quality, e.g. in our house we had moldy windows. Even though we always paid the rent properly, we got monthly reminders to pay which was harassing and unpleasant. I can write a lot of more but it's not worth it. Just remember that you have been warned that there could be problems with them.
