Landlords – Think Twice Before Using Moss Properties We began working with Moss in 2021 after purchasing two properties through them. At the outset, the service was excellent—marked by proactive communication, consistent updates, and what felt like a genuine partnership. This positive start encouraged us to purchase four additional properties, bringing our portfolio to six buy-to-let properties, all managed by Moss. Unfortunately, over the past two years, the standard of service has deteriorated dramatically. Communication became inconsistent, issues were repeatedly mishandled, and, most concerningly, we experienced behaviour that we would describe as pressurising and unprofessional. As a result, and with great reluctance, we made the decision to sell all six properties. The trust, support, and reliability that once defined our relationship with Moss had completely broken down.
