When we decided to sell our home we asked 3 estate agents to visit us to value our home. When we contacted Ryan, he was very friendly from the start. He explained everything over the phone, he kindly dropped us an information pack off and then organised a time that suited us to visit our home to conduct the free evaluation. On the day Ryan arrived on time as agreed, he was friendly and polite. He was respectful from the start, even taking off his shoes as he walked through the house. Once Ryan had seen the property he then talked me and my husband through the value of the property. He showed us another information pack, which included what his service would include and costings etc. At no point was Ryan pushy, he was very happy to leave everything with me and my husband and even offered to email everything over to us also. I spoke to a friend of mine who Ryan had sold their property for them. She spoke very highly of Ryan and the support he had given their family. She highly recommended Ryan. When we made the decision for Ryan to act on our behalf, there was no upfront costs, we pay the fees on completion of sale. Ryan was very quick in taking the photos of the property (which really did the house justice), he also included a video and before we knew it , it was on the market and being advertised. Ryan organised Viewings very quickly, he always made us aware when viewings where booked in and always kept in contact with us afterwards to provide feedback. Exactly 3 weeks from our house being placed on the market by Ryan, I am so happy to say we have now accepted an offer. Ryan once again has been so supportive, hes asked for us to send details of our solicitor over to him and then he will now be acting on our behalf. Ryan has stated he will keep in contact with us. This transition has been so smooth. We can not honestly thank you Ryan enough. You have been amazing right from the very start of this journey.
