When we decided to sell our home we asked 3 estate agents to visit us to value our home. When we contacted Ryan, he was very friendly from the start. He explained everything over the phone, he kindly dropped us an information pack off and then organised a time that suited us to visit our home to conduct the free evaluation. On the day Ryan arrived on time as agreed, he was friendly and polite. He was respectful from the start, even taking off his shoes as he walked through the house. Once Ryan had seen the property he then talked me and my husband through the value of the property.
