Helpful, friendly, professional, care about tenant problems, but ... they like to take out extra cost from costumers bond when tenancy is end.rent dirty flat, but expect will be super clean at the end tenancy.

Very happy with experience but did get concerned with lack of communication during sale and completion process. This could have been normal for everyone as not sold a house before. Very helpful with issues with our solicitors that where useless. Harmony Law & Ross Coates should not be used.

Called to rent a property offering to pay the full tenancy upfront. The woman I spoke to looked at the wrong property, until I corrected her and then, despite saying she would, did not forward my details to the landlord and so I lost the property the next day. Absolutely incompetent.

I had a very disappointing experience with a staff member at Whitegates’ Dewsbury branch. I called several times to speak with Ikra, who had been consistently polite and helpful throughout my application process. Unfortunately, I was met with rudeness from a male staff member (who claimed to be the manager). He refused to give his name, spoke over me, raised his voice, and was generally unprofessional during the call. I detailed this experience by submitting the contact form to Whitegates and followed up after receiving no response. This was because the individual I had the issue with identified himself as the branch manager, and I felt there would be little point in directing the complaint to the very person responsible for the behaviour. I believed that raising the matter through the main Whitegates website would ensure it reached the appropriate team. It has now been over 15 days without any acknowledgment or reply, which I find unacceptable for a company of this reputation. It’s a real shame I felt compelled to leave this review, as I was genuinely impressed with the service I received from both Imran and Ikra. Their professionalism stood in stark contrast to the conduct I encountered on that call. Edit: After posting my review, the manager called me on a no caller ID number. He identified himself as the manager and began speaking, but when I tried to speak, he told me: “Listen, shut up.” I immediately ended the call. He rang me back straight away, but I chose not to answer. I’m absolutely appalled by this behaviour. If the manager had simply shown humility and apologised, I would have happily removed this review. Instead, this interaction only confirmed the lack of professionalism I initially reported.

Very basic knowledge of the property market. They have no idea on how the property market works and advise vendors incorrectly. Update: The manger rang me to discuss this and was defensive! Complaining about how my review is 'fabricated'. He had no interest in understanding my concerns, didn't let me speak and kept shouting. I eventually hung up as I couldn't be bothered dealing with such unprofessionalism. This is a legitimate review and when a complicated proposal is made, they don't have the ability to understand it and execute it. Their words to me was 'We don't want to be part of this' My proposal was fair, legal and advised by knowlegebale people in the industry.

The staff are rude and arrogant. The lady I spoke to was very rude and condescending. Promised to call me back then didn’t. When I rang back and asked to speak to a manager he was an Asian guy who kept saying “look brother, look brother” when I asked him to stop patronising me, he said right then will end this call right here and slammed the phone down! Looking at other people’s experience I can now see why so many people have said staff are rude. Wouldn’t use or recommend to anyone.
