Brilliant company. Friendly staff who are extremely helpful across all departments. We have built a strong working relationship & I have recommended to many friends . Can not fault the advice & care we have received.

Needed my fridge replaced recently and the team at Cope & Co were amazing. Special thanks to Scott for his prompt reply and communication throughout the process.

Have had dealings with Cope&co recently. And although we weren’t successful in getting the property. The staff especially Nina and Emma were absolutely brilliant answering any questions we put to them. And communication was first class. Would recommend these to everyone.

We had a problem with our immersion heater not producing any hot water. Cope & Co sent a contractor out to our property promptly and were efficient at getting us sorted! Very pleased with the service.

Excellent service throughout, one of few agencies who called back promptly and arranged viewings in a short time scale. Telephone queries were dealt with promptly and the process was very smooth.

Laura was incredibly friendly when collecting the keys and if ever my property becomes available again , I’ll be happy to do business, because of her !

Cope & Co were excellent, communicated well and turned things around quickly. If we called for an update, every person in the team that I spoke to was efficient and had an answer for us. We even got a little welcome gift when we got the keys to our new house!

Cope & Co have managed all of my rental properties in Derby for almost ten years. They've been consistently professional, trustworthy and reliable partners throughout. No hesitation in recommending them to any landlord in Derby looking for a good agent to manage their lettings portfolio.
