After Id accepted an offer i went through to Northwoods sale progression team with Abi. Abi was on the ball throughout the process from offer acceptance to completion, keeping me up to date, ensuring communication between parties/solicitors was as quick as it could be and looked to ressolve any queries/issues as soon as they arose. Northwood played their part in ensuring the process went as smoothly as possible, all parties were satisfied and ultimately a successful outcome

Northwood have gone above and beyond from the start to the sale of our property. I had to do this sale remotely as I live quite far away and they were always the first to correspond with details of viewings (even when there was no viewings), what the feedback was etc. I have never had to chase once. Any email I did have to send out I always got the quickest reply. We sold in good time and at a good price. A huge thank you to Lucy in helping us so much in what was a personal emotional sale.

I had an excellent experience applying to rent with Northwood. Sophie and Kerry went above and beyond to make my application process as easy and quick as possible. The paperwork was very well organised and the welcome gift box was a very nice gesture as well.

We bought a house marketed by Northwood and would highly recommend. We dealt with Abi who always knew exactly what was happening and who to chase and played a huge part in making a stressful experience less so when our initial buyer pulled out. Fantastic agents from beginning to end, Abi, who I had most dealings with was always at hand, always was extremely prompt answering emails and calls and generally chasing up anything and everything where possible. And finally the generous moving in pack was a lovely, thoughtful added touch. I cannot recommend these agents highly enough.. Great service from start to finish. Sale agreed within five days of the house going on the market and the sales progression team gave updates at every stage, sometimes two or three times a day, until completion was achieved.
