Very professional and friendly service from Hayley, Lucy and Abi. We particularly appreciated the pre-marketing/valuation advice and the regular updates wrt viewings provided by Lucy. There's nothing worse than an information vacuum when you are selling or buying a property so the tenacity of Abi when it came to chasing up various parties after the sale was agreed, and the regular status updates by email and phone call was also appreciated. Have already instructed Northwood again for our next BTL property sale.
