Everyone here is very welcoming and friendly, and keen to help find you the right property. I was shown around a few different properties by Kris who was able to answer any questions that I had. I then went in to fill out my application, and even though I didn't have all of the required documents at the time, I was told not to worry and just bring them in on move in day. Today I went to collect the keys to my new home and was talked through anything that I needed to know. Highly recommended letting agents.

We have found this Company Martin & Co Derby to be excellent . Quick response to any queries. Well mannered, polite, always cooperative. We took advice from Oliver regarding upgrades initially and this has proved to be wise advice. The builder Andy is excellent and works done were to a very high standard. Inspections carried out by Danny again excellent and prompt. Also account manager Christine & team excellent. John&Maria.

Other landlords/estate agents take note about how these lovely people do their work. 8 of us in total were really struggling to find somewhere to live and time was running out and we were going to be in big trouble, but Martin and Co sorted it all out for us and we got the most lovely house in the perfect location and I cannot be grateful enough. We've had a couple of meetings and they spoke to us like we were family and let us know what was going on whenever we needed to find out information. I first entered Martin & Co a stranger, in need of a place to live and quickly at that. They welcomed my family to the small family run business and were nothing but courteous towards us and their duty to finding us our next home. Well within hours we had viewed our property to be and had signed all the paperwork. This was a rather drastic outcome and indeed unexpected, as other agencies had told us we would have to wait weeks to view the next available property.
