fantastic agency i was in a flat where the landlord wouldn't do any of the repairs the place was literally falling apart the landlord was given a time scale in which to do the repairs but still didn't do them so martin & co moved me out. within 2 weeks i was in a new house with a garden. i now have a very happy son and both of our health's have improved i love the place i'm in now and don't think i will ever move again. thank you martin & co

I've used Martin & Co Derby since 2008 and I've found that they've always been very professional and friendly. I've had a few tenants over the years, and David and his team have always made the transitions very easy for me. I had to relocate for work so knowing I can email any one of their team and get a quick update or response is very useful, and gives me peace of mind. I recommend you use these guys, and also that you take advantage of being able to contact any of them to follow up on things, it helps a lot.
