As a previous tenant of Martin and Co in Derby, I would say they provide a genuine professional manner, with a good portfolio of properties to choose from. They are law abiding and positive for both tenants and almost certainly landlords. They use up to date technology to manage tenancies as well as the option to phone in for more timely service. Can't fault a top family run business.

Friendly staff, and all in all an easy process to find a place to rent. The Martin & Co welcome booklet you recieve details everything you need to know about renting. I feel like I can contact the staff members there whenever I have a question.
