Siàn, director of this branch is really helpful, went above and beyond today when I really needed assistance getting updated copies of my tenancy for proof of address. We have rented our home with Martin & Co for a year now and are happy with their service.

Absolutely top service. We were shown around our now home by Ebony who was very polite, informative and helpful with information regarding how to apply for the house - which we did that day. From then on, we were helped by Deanna, who was fantastically helpful from the start despite the house not being in the best condition and - with me and my partner being first time renters - put up with our deluge of questions given we had no idea what we were doing. Every staff member we interacted with was helpful and polite, they helped us get our applications sorted and were very patient when we made mistakes. Thoroughly recommend them as an estate agent. Top service.

Best in the town and I admire David and his whole team for the way they do what they do in the property business. Polite, helpful and professional- I bought my first property from different agent (not to mention the name) however they put me off with their arrogant attitude whereas at Martin & Co, I could see growing with them because their right and can do attitude. My HMO property was fully let within 5-6 weeks as promised. Am buying more properties through them now. Well done David and whole team- Vik Singh
