A warm welcome awaited us after a long drive from Aberdeen. Paperwork was clearly explained and everything was sorted out very efficiently. The family aspect of the business was much appreciated by us all. Very simple and straightforward move in process, would highly recommend.

Very friendly and professional at what they do. I was in rush to rent a room in derby, they arranged adequate viewings at a short notice. The application process is quite straight forward and user friendly. Understanding about my situation about moving on the weekend, the owner himself arranged to open the agency on the weekend and personally helped through the whole process. Very satisfied and would definetly recommend it to fellow seekers :)

Everyone here is very welcoming and friendly, and keen to help find you the right property. I was shown around a few different properties by Kris who was able to answer any questions that I had. I then went in to fill out my application, and even though I didn't have all of the required documents at the time, I was told not to worry and just bring them in on move in day. Today I went to collect the keys to my new home and was talked through anything that I needed to know. Highly recommended letting agents.

Very helpful staff really smooth process. Moved in to the accommodation within a very time. Was given a great tour by Olly and Hannah who sold the property really well. The admin side of things done my Holly and Jaz was great and they even went that extra mile by staying in the office an hour after their shift had finished. Really great company with great staff.
