For the 6 years I was a residential landlord, Martin @ Co, Derby, provided me with an excellent management service. Sian and David were always very helpful and approachable and any minor hiccups we had were soon sorted. Great guys! This is a family run franchise run by Managing Director David and his wife and Director Sian. They were really helpful from the start after telling them about our desperate need for a house, they moved mountains to get us in on time even staying late on Saturdays and late in the evenings after a working day to help us out. If you need an honest estate agent to help with property, these are the guys to go and see.

Really great estate agents very friendly and really helpful. They helped me and my friends on finding a property the same day I got informed that I was unable to move into a new place. They turned around the contracts the same day couldn't of been better service provided and really got us out of hole!

Thanks so much to Andy and his team (maintenence) for sorting my bathroom, shower is now amazing and no leaking, Andy and Jay have been amazing, nothing is too much trouble and really easy to talk too, would deffo recommend, Thanks guys x
