Sadly due to another letting agent dropping out of a let I had three days to find somewhere new. Having been let down I didnt have high hopes but Martin and Co were superb. Everything was sorted and with a day to spare! Many thanks go to Sian (hope I spelled that right) and the girls, they were superb, efficient and friendly. Any issues I have had in the three months I have been in my flat have been resolved quickly and efficiently. I will be staying with these guys for some time! I strongly recommend this team to anyone wanting a let.

I have been a tenant with martin and co for over a year now and I have to say after having a bad experience with another letting agent its a welcome change to deal with the friendly, helpful and understanding people at martin and co derby. I would recommend them to anybody, I will continue to rent from them for as long as I can.
