Williams Estates, Denbigh more than just an estate agent but brilliant Ambassadors for Denbighshire. Welcoming, Friendly and Extremely Helpful!! From our initial enquiry about the property which is now our new home. The staff Linda and Lauren at Williams Estates, Denbigh where so friendly, arranging a viewing at short notice with the vendor as well as keeping us up to date with other properties in the area. When we called at the end of the day to make an offer, Williams estates where about to close but worked over putting our offer to the vendor and shortly after, returned the call to say it was accepted. From that moment on, we built up a relationship with Williams who negotiated the additional sale of furniture and provided details of local trade’s people when asked. Even on the day of completion, it was wonderful to have been in the estate agents learning more about Denbigh when the Solicitors call came to say the sale had been completed and to provide us with the keys. Whilst we have no intention of moving again, we feel we have already made a valuable contact in the area and look forward to the occasional visit when in Denbigh

They say moving house is one of the most stressful things you can experience and whilst it has been difficult due to unforseen cladding issues, Sawyer and Co have been amazing. Pre sale we were impressed with the incredible photos which brought our modern flat to life and captured why we loved living there. At one point we did have another agency invovled but Sawyers were able to obtain us twice the viewings in half the time. This is credit to thier market reach and attractive adverts. Post sale we werent forgotten and kept informed along the way. Special thanks to Aaron Fernandes (Senior manager) and Lucy Cratchley (Sales progressor). Two people who are amazing at what they do! They really felt like our friends, who genuinely wanted to help at every turn, always answering the phone and emailing us back whatever the hour. We've finally exchanged after what was a long journey but this was through no fault of this amazing agency who without, it would have been a lot harder and may never have happened. Cant recommend highly enough - given em a pay rise !!!

Well what can I say. For starters if you're reading this and you're thinking of selling with this agent, speak to Aaron and get him on the case. From start to finish he was on point. The professionalism of Aaron was fantastic throughout, he ensured the whole process was as smooth as it could be. A complex transaction which required short notice on visits and appointments to the property, he was on hand to ensure these were taken care of. Lucy the sales progressor was fantastic and her persistence with all parties involved was commendable. If you're looking for an agent look no further, don't even bother looking elsewhere. Yes you will find slightly cheaper but there's no comparison. Absolute superstars.
