Very bad experience with these, would avoid at all costs

As one of their 'fully managed' landlords I have now had to go to the ombudsman due to the incompetence of this company in particular, Paul Ainsworth. Failed to provide: 1. No deposit from my tenant, refused my requests on this for several weeks. 2. No inventory taken 3. No tenancy agreement taken on behalf of the current landlord 4. No copy of the completed references for tenants and guarantor 5. no copy of quarterly property inspections 6.no copy of their complaints and redress scheme, despite requesting it several times 7. Informed only last month my house was burgled last year where keys to house were taken. not reported to the police, locks were not changed, no account of who took the offices spare copy. 8. keys not securely held 9. Denial front door lock being broken by employee despite the action being witnessed. 10. No signed and dated terms of business to the landlord. Landlord not given a copy to retain. There is no signature on behalf of Ainsworth Lords or date. The list is endless...

No follow up after viewing.

Poor poor communication. We offered the guide price on a property. A response was chased for day after day for over a week. Finally we were informed; after insisting that we have a response, the property was no longer available as it had been sold privately. All very suspect. Say no more! If you want clear communicative agents i'd avoid this lot.

Very unprofessional, I arranged a viewing for the property a day after it was put on the market. Was not sent an confimration email it was taken down from 'Rght Move' a day after. We had to arrange work schedule to view the property. Was informed 2 hours that my viewing was cancelled!!!! Not a fair system that they implemenr at all

Disgusting watching the crocodile tears on Channel 5 whilst holding an 89-y-o guarantor to an £1100 debt, though at the same time twirling a £100 a month arrangement to 'about £100' after the gentlemen pulled up £70 over his obligation. Disgraceful - I doubt the owner sleeps at night.

Never ever rent from these ever!!!!!! They make out like they care until they take your deposit and that's it after that if you have a complaint a problem they don't want to know don't believe what you saw on tv trust me I've been a tenant lasted no longer than a year with them AVOID
