excellence from start to finish. clear advice, honest opinions. when I had a silly thought I got a straight answer and was not made to feel like I was pestering. everything was so easy. they helped set my solicitors up for me which took alot of stress off me as I was an emotional wreck- my mum had died and it was her house I was selling. they were very active in advertising and didn't just put it up and leave it to sell itself. fees were good too. I have used Robert Watts for many years with all family buys and sell and will always use them in the future, they are honest and so helpful. I recommend to anyone looking for an estate agent to go to them.

Reply from Ainsworth Lord Estates Darwen: Thank you so much Helen for this super and comprehensive review and we really appreciate your continued business over the years. It wasn't an easy sale at times and we appreciate you listening to our advice and believe us, there are never silly questions. We're delighted you are so happy and hopefully it is a weight of your shoulders now. Thanks again for using us.

I was dealing with Robert watts for the sale of my property & onward purchase. Despite the chain being stressful, the entire team at RW Cleckheaton were really helpful, organised and well informed. The team went above and beyond, including staying late so I could collect my keys that day. I’ll definitely be recommending RW to friends and family & I’ll be using them for future sales. Thank you everyone!

Reply from Ainsworth Lord Estates Darwen: Thank you Elizabeth we really appreciate you posting this as we know the process was very stressful. It's so nice to get a glowing review from both a vendor and a buyer and we wish you well in your new home.

We have recently sold our house with Robert Watts Estate agency. We were extremely satisfied with the service we received. The valuation and sales service were excellent. The staff were at all times efficient, helpful and very pleasant. Jenny was always there to help deal sympathetically with our questions and worries. Trevor and Christine Newton
