I phoned Ainsworth Lord Estates earlier in the year. My rental property (mis-manged by another local agent) had been trashed and I wanted to sell it. Within an hour of the call, Anthony had picked up the keys, visited the property and sent me photos. He arranged for the necessary (and significant) work to bring the property up to standard using his contractors at a reasonable price. The property was quickly on the market and we received an asking price offer the same day. I live in London and Anthony has kept an eye of the property up to the point of sale and helped with any issues arising. I can't recommend enough.
