My review is specifically for Chris who is usually at the Crayford office. I've had a few viewings with her in the Dartford area. Chris is wonderful, brilliant and so warm! Fantastic person and Livermores is very lucky to have such a classy person working for them.

Excellent communication

Mark Higgins, the Branch Manager at Dartford, was our contact with Livermores for the sale of our vacant property and his years of experience have not dimmed his enthusiasm. His calm, professional approach and detailed local knowledge were very reassuring. The valuation and proposed marketing was agreed, and the first "Open Day" (within 2 weeks of the valuation!) produced 13 viewings, resulting in us receiving 4 significant offers, above the "guide price", for the property, of which, the best was accepted. From the start we were kept informed of progress and all details of appointments etc were readily available through their on-line system. Phone calls to the office were answered promptly and dealt with efficiently. A very calm and stress free experience. Well done.

Livermore’s was the estate agent we dealt with when purchasing our property in Dartford. The service we received from them was brilliant from start to finish. During the purchase of the property we worked with Liz Payne who kept in touch throughout the process, giving us weekly updates and did a lot of chasing with our solicitors on behalf of us. I have used Livermores to help me rent out my flat for several years now. Overall I have been very pleased with the experience. They are very easy to get hold of and on with regardless of who I am dealing with or what I have asked of them. In recent months they have been incredibly helpful as my entire flat needed clearing out and decorating prior to a new tenant moving in. This all went very smoothly and I was kept fully informed along the way. I was also very impressed with the speed at which suitable tenants were found. I cannot fault Andrew Tustin who is currently managing my flat. Very friendly and obliging. There has been the occasional hiccup over the years, sometimes out of their control, but I have found them to be very fair when it comes to managing these which is important to me. This is why I am still with them after so much time. Thank you everyone.

Liz Payne (Sales Progressor) at the Dartford office has been amazing. She has kept us up to date at every point during our purchase and has been polite, professional and conscientious.
