Ray Shukla was brilliant! It was a pleasure dealing with him in this competitive renting market. I was skeptical about moving to that location but he reassured me and so far so good. Possibly to smoothest and easiest of agents me and my partner have used so far. Ray Shukla in particular, very polite and details are precise. Made us feel extremely comfortable dealing with. We were after a specific property having a newborn, and after we had viewed it we knew this place was for us. It had a lot of interest, and we spoke with Ray and due to his nature and understanding, set us up to meet with the Landlord of the property within 24 hours, come 36 hours we had confirmation from Ray we were successful applicants, so for that, a massive thanks to Livermore’s but in particular, Ray. We have now moved into our new home and it’s what we have longed for. Would recommend these guys to anyone without any worries of being messed around or given false promises.
