My experience with the agency has been generally positive. Ray Shukla was helpful and professional in communication and made time to respond to queries. While some matters took longer than expected to resolve, Ray remained courteous and supportive throughout. Thank you for your assistance.

Really great customer service and sorted my tenancy with in very short time specially thanks to Ray Shukla he made the process so smoothly and professionally highly recommended for livermores the estate agents.

Warm and welcoming.

I had an excellent viewing with Abigail from the Dartford branch

I used Smoothmove as a first time buyer. It was excellent, a very smooth move. Other Estate Agents I talked to while looking for a property were a nightmare but Abi helped me through everything and the whole process was way less stressful then it should've been. Very responsive and helped me tie everything together.

We are extremely grateful to Jack and Angie for their incredible support. They were tireless in helping my partner and me secure our home and were always available, professional, and supportive throughout the process. We highly recommend them and their agency.
