What a positive experience, a professional and faultless service from Dallas Haley and the team at Walderslade Village Robinson Michael & Jackson branch. I have just sold a two bedroom property and the service from start to finish has been exceptional. Dallas Haley came out to value the property and gave great advice based on recent sales of similar local properties as well as those on or coming to market which allowed me to set a realistic selling price. We got off to a flying start with 3 immediate viewings within the first week of which all 3 made offers. We accepted one of the offers from a first time buyer and the selling process started with regular updates along the way. After several weeks of progress we were informed despite the proposed purchaser having an agreement in principle for their mortgage, they were unable to raise all of the funds required for the purchase. Dallas Haley updated me and after discussion suggested we re advertise, whilst the proposed buyer tries to sort out their finances, which we did. Within the first day we had another viewing lined up and a second viewing scheduled for a few days later. The first of the new viewings resulted in a full purchase price offer next day from another first time buyer and the selling process restarted! Again we were fully updated throughout by Dallas and his team and here we are just eight weeks later, contracts exchanged with completion this week. This is my second positive experience of dealing with Estate Agents, this one for selling and the other for dealing with the new purchase made. Very happy with the service received from start to finish from Dallas Haley and the team at Robinson Michael & Jackson Walderslade Village 5 star - excellent!
