Property surveyed by Adrian and indicated that it was a desirable property and identified a target price. Returned quickly too obtain detail, take photo’s for sale preparation. Only negative observation is that it took two weeks to prepare presentation for marketing. On the positive side, the property detail, photographs and description were superb, extremely professional. This attracted very quick response from prospective buyers resulting in the first people through the door putting in an excellent purchase price. The three consultants, Jill, Vickie and Chloe, provided updates and communication and able to answer all my queries. JW Wood certainly delivered on their promises.

So pleased we decided to use J W Woods. All the staff have been extremely helpful with our logistically difficult sale, and have gone the extra mile to make everything as straightforward as possible; from the first meeting with Gary to arranging and attending viewings through Kerry and Sandrine and ultimately to an incredibly quick sale.
