Only negative observation is that it took two weeks to prepare presentation for marketing. On the positive side, the property detail, photographs and description were superb, extremely professional. This attracted very quick response from prospective buyers resulting in the first people through the door putting in an excellent purchase price. The three consultants, Jill, Vickie and Chloe, provided updates and communication and able to answer all my queries. JW Wood certainly delivered on their promises.
