We had Gary from the Darlington office come out to value our property. As soon as he entered our house, he had nice things to say and seemed genuinely enthusiastic about its good points. He was clearly very knowledgeable about the Darlington property market, and took the time to answer all our questions. We also corresponded with Kaitlyn at the Darlington office, who was always very friendly and polite and quick to respond to our queries. The efficiency of the auto confirmations we received, reminders about our appointments etc. has been impressive too.

After initially deciding to stay in our own home we saw an ideal home with everything we wanted through Woods we decided to sell our home and for ease use woods also . Through the person who showed us round the house to the sales team and after sales team I cannot recomend them enough . They put up with my persistence ( mild Karen esk ) are always polite and so friendly and if everything does go through smoothly ( currently on the memorandum of sale ) brought in the correct buyer with a realistic price on the second viewing .
