Gary, Sue and the team have been so friendly, courteous and helpful, that we now consider them friends. Gary's viewing and valuation were very thorough and his property description and photos were accurate, detailed and enthusiastic. The brochure was an object lesson in marketing, highlighting the best features of the property while not hiding the blemishes. Julie's accompanied viewings were equally enthusiastic and the rest of the team were of the same high calibre. We were kept fully updated on progress and warmly welcomed on every visit to the office. Sue's management of the whole process has been relaxed but professional. They very soon attracted the perfect buyers and the house was sold quite quickly. Thank you all so much :)

Found the company easy to deal with and very honest compared to other estate agents I considered. Very helpful when needed Gary who came and visited myself was excellent. Julie who showed me around a few properties was lovely. The office staff especially Ella who I dealt with directly was amazing and nothing was to much when I was asking for more information or guidance.

I've been very happy with the service that I've received from JW Woods Estate Agents regarding the sale of my sadly deceased Sister's flat and would have no reservations at all about using this firm in future. Great service from the staff, in particular Sandrine very responsive and all queries were answered. From dealing with many estate agents JW Wood are a cut above the rest, however I had a few niggles that was not down to the staff but I can only assume company policy. Once lodging an offer proof of deposit & a DIP is requested, from dealing with other estate agents this is only required once offer is accepted, although I do appreciate this makes it easier for all parties and the process will run a lot smoother IF the offer is accepted. It's the concern if the offer is not accepted a lot of time is wasted gaining DIP with being a portfolio landlord this isn't something that takes 5-10 minutes. Overall, so far really satisfied with my ongoing purchase, would use again!
