Sale and Purchase

Moginie James have been excellent throughout the sales and purchasing of our property and soon to be new home. The team at MJ have gone out of their way to ensure the stressful process has been minimised throughout. We originally had three estate agents to value our property and MJ came across as honest, personable and willing to go the extra distance in promoting our home which is why we chose them to act on our behalf - a decision we are glad we made; from Andrew with the initial valuation and many viewings, Martin to coming round at 7 in the morning to take a picture of the house and conducting the viewings, Aaron holding viewings outside of normal hours and Karen whose personality, organisation and constantly keeping us in the loop made the experience, dare I say, pleasurable! Amazing and True Professional

I recently purchased my first property through Moginie James, where Karen was working at the time. From Day one, she was extremely helpful and couldnt be anymore assertive to my needs and wants. Karen, was very patient and as you can imagine i didnt really know what i needed to do for my first property. However, Karen bent over backwards to help me make my decision and also provided me with the resources, time and appointments in order to so. Professionalism from the word go

Nothing to fault. Every aspect of my sale, and my purchase, as I was able to buy a property that had just come on their books, went very smoothly and efficiently. All viewings are sent by confirmation email so you know who's coming when. Would highly recommend them. Spoke to both Karen and Andrew regularly with updates, and even had a phone call to congratulate me on both my sale and my purchase 6 days later.

Excellent advice and help

This review isn't really about a sale or purchase, it's a more general service based one. The agent came initially to value my flat; I'd only accepted the offer out of curiosity in case I fancied moving at some stage. He went through the flat and made his valuation along with giving a list of things thati might either help the value or sellability. Then I mentioned a plan I'd had to try to move into property investment. Without the prospect of a sale he sat and patiently talked me through a number of aspects of the property market and pointed me in the direction of a number of resources and people who might help and talked through the pros and cons of various strategies. As a result I've bought two buy to let's since then. I can't speak highly enough of his knowledge and integrity. And assuming he is representative of the company rather than just a stand out, they would be my first choice and recommendation in future.

Maintenance Issue

Natalie was incredibly friendly, helpful and put my mind at rest when dealing my my query. She offered me positive advice and went out of her way to solve my problem and soon as she could. Natalie told me she would call me back once she had spoken to our landlord and I was pleasantly surprised when she called me back within 10 mins. She also had the maintenance team sort out our problems that day. I wasn't expecting it to be so quick and so was a lovely surprise when i got home from work to see it fixed! Natalie had brilliant customer service, was great on the phone and made me feel at ease for something that I had prepared myself to be stressful and a long wait.! Super service and super impressed!
