Streets Ahead were incredibly accommodating, genuinely helpful and knowledgeable during my property search. Faye Godfrey, in particular, kept me informed and updated even after I had successfully made an offer. I would definitely recommend Streets Ahead, especially if you are a first time buyer.

Streets Ahead were amazing throughout the whole process - from valuation, marketing, arranging the viewings and ultimately progressing through the rental process. Could not recommend George, Layla, Lynsey or Myles (amongst others!) more highly.

I was looking for a very particular property and Faye from Streets Ahead was insightful and really helpful in finding exactly the house I was looking for. Faye was excellent in arranging the viewings in with my limited availability and assisting throughout out the buying process. I am thoroughly impressed and I plan on contacting her again when purchasing my next property in 2017.

We have recently found a new home and the stress that we experienced when looking for it has started to shade away. During our search we have registered with dozens of agencies, we have called even more of them and even though we found a new home with another agency, Streets Ahead really stood out from the other agents. I almost felt like working with tailor made company - always on our case, asking for more details, offering properties, clarifying, etc. Nothing like that with other agents. You leave your details, but never receive the call back. Vanessa was a star. So professional, helpful and friendly. Her simple words "leave it with me" made all the difference! I can't describe what a great help these guys were in finding us our perfect rental home - Our agent was Lewis Hay and he understood our needs perfectly. He quickly found us the perfect place in a beautiful part of Croydon, which despite living here for 4 years, I didn't know even existed. He was also extremely patient while we were being indecisive and could not do enough to help us. Highly recommended!!!

Whilst I have not bought or sold through Streets Ahead (sadly), I just wanted to say that the company are fantastic and incredibly hard working. I was on my third estate agent when I discovered S.A due to them being very pro-active and putting a slip through my door. I was already committed to an agent so was not then in a position to go with S.A. Despite this, I have had weekly phone calls from Sean Ryan who was very keen to try and get my house on his books when my contract expired. However, due to personal circumstances and just not feeling up to the hassle of starting again with a fourth agent I hadn't yet got round to it. He didn't give up on me though! I received weekly phone calls from him asking how things were going and trying to encourage me to move my house to them. However, the calls were not intrusive; Sean was always really friendly and, before I got round to changing agents, my house went under offer with my existing one. I was really impressed with his tenacity and also by his genuinely friendly and courteous manner; I wish that I had gone to S.A first as I think my property would have sold a lot faster than it did! He is a credit to the company and if all the staff are as hard-working and as friendly as he is then S.A must be doing very well...... I would definitely recommend them and I will go to them first if I ever move again!

We had a complicated schedule of 12 properties to get round on Saturday with various agents. Faye bent over backwards to help us out, and was professional and really knowledgable of each property we saw. We've also now seen a few properties with Kai who has been fantastic to deal with and really personable.

Streets Ahead were very helpful and efficient at finding a place for me and my family to rent. This is the second time we have used Streets Ahead. Myles from the Central Croydon branch was happy to be of our service and always kind to answer any of our questions, no matter now many times we rang him. Thank you Myles and Streets Ahead.
