It's not easy at all from another country (Italy) and she was always available by telephone and/ or by e-mail for any doubt or question my husband and I could have. Wow what can I say! All the Streets Ahead staff were helpful and friendly but Diane was assigned as our progressor and, boy, did she progress things!! She kept me fully in the loop at all times, even on her days off or first thing in the morning, she reassured me at all points, she was prompt in her responses and she delivered on her promise for exchange to happen by the end of this month. I know she was doing her job but there’s doing your job and then really going the extra mile. Diane did this...she went the extra two miles to be honest and never fobbed me off or dismissed me. I am really happy that she was our progressor and impressed with the overall service of Streets Ahead. Thank you!

Absolutely A* Diane was amazing! It was not one of the smoothest processes but she was patient , knowledgeable and understanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she was extremely supportive.
