Streets Ahead

It's a difficult time for everyone at the moment, but we recently found out we had to move flat, which is difficult at the best of times.. let alone when the world is on lockdown. We found somewhere we liked with Streets Ahead and since we reached out to express our interest, the process has been a breeze. Our Lettings Negotiator, Gemma Greasley, has been so helpful. Emails have been conversational and personal, and she's always been quick to respond. What would have been a difficult time has been a breeze. Thanks for all the help!

Me and my girlfriend are lucky to have the opportunity to be assist and help in our hunting after a place to rent by Gareth Fitzhugh from Croydon Streetsahead. It was a very nice experience. Hi is a very professional Agent , very responsive to our questions, fast problem solving and a genuinely kind person that really try to help you. I really recommend working with him in your future renting Hunt.

Callum Hayden is my property manager and I am extremely happy with his professionalism and quick resolution of any queries or matters that need delaing with. He is always friendly and explains evrything in a straight forward way while understanding the needs of both the tenant and landlord. He has been very reassuring during the covid 19 pandemic and made sure everything was clear and in order. Thank you Callum!

I had originally marketed my house through a no-commission estate agency service; this proved to be both a false economy and a waste of time. I switched to Streets Ahead who within a few days arranged an open day which brought about 4 offers, one of which I accepted and I've now exchanged. The persons involved were Kai, Faye and Maryjane who matched the right buyer to the right house.

Streets Ahead provides an excellent service. Lucas Oliver in particular, shows a commitment that puts your mind at rest. I have been on both sides of the fence as a landlord and tenant and have experienced the same level of curtesy and professionalism. Jazz

We bought our house through Streets ahead and we are so happy with our new home. Great service provided by all staff specially Maryjane and Philip. Will be highly recommended to family and friends.

I have been liaising with Salma and I am lost for words at how above and beyond Salma goes to help. She has been so supportive and efficient as well as taking time out if her personal life to make sure everything is perfect. She even invited me to the office to help me complete the forms. Salma is the loveliest, most helpful and efficient person I have met whilst searching for a new home. She is incredible.
