I've had a really good experience renting through Streets Ahead. I normally find it very stressful finding a new place and going through the whole process before moving in. However I have found it so much easier and smoother this time having rented through Streets Ahead. Rayaan and Zeenat have been really helpful throughout the process and have been responsive to all our queries. I've only been into the office once in person, to pick up our keys, but they were so welcoming when we came in. It is great to find an estate agent who have great communication in person, over the phone and by email!

I do think Street Ahead is good agency that always follow up on time, also have massive real estate resources that's very nice. They provide the efficiency service. Due to I already signed the contract with other agent, I missed to be their tenant. Hence I could not say how quick of their procedure once the contract signed, and I want to be honest to the people, so my comment can be fair and considerable. I would like to give 5 starts for all the services I had from them. I would like to say thank you to Ronnie, she is a lovely girl and helps me a lot. :) But I do believe they can provide the same quality service for their clients!

Weronika Maslinska was my letting negotiator and I honestly cannot sing her praises highly enough! She translated for me to prospective tenants, explained about rent and arrears, came in on her day off to finalise the tenancy. She was always available on the phone for me and if she was dealing with another client she would immediately call me back. @Streets Ahead - you honestly have a fantastic member of staff and need to ensure you do not lose her!!! She is an amazing asset to the company. I literally said to Weronika at the start of placing the property with her that she has one week to let my property out otherwise I will be going elsewhere and lone behold she done it, the transaction was successful! She exceeded all my expectations and because of her I will be handing over my property portfolio to her in due time - what an amazing member of staff, I cannot emphasise this enough. Other estate agents need to watch out - this young lady is truly gifted at what she does, I would not be surprised if she will run her own company.

I walked into two streets ahead branches and met a really smart team. Weronika made time for me on the spot and kept in regular contact taking the stress out of finding a home. Lyndsey also sent over a great property and helped us to secure a lovely place.Living overseas I don't think I could have done it without them, I would recommend them to anyone looking, the make life much easier.
