Gemma Greasley has been our lettings person for not 1 but 2 properties and she is such a delight to work with! She has been very attentive to mine, my husband & families needs, during the COVID-19 it has been very stressful for us as we had to be abruptly moved out of our current rented home and we had to look for somewhere quick to move and Gemma made that happen! Callum is our property manager from the Addiscombe branch, since we moved to the house last year he has been very helpful if there’s any problem with the house ( a lot of problems) He’s been liaising between us and the landlord very well (given the landlord’s location). He’s also arranged a temporary property manager while he’s on leave. All I can say is how professional and I won’t hesitate him to manage your property.
