I recently contacted a number of letting agencies in south London. At the Streets Ahead Croydon office I finally found staff who were courteous and professional. George Barnes, the Senior Lettings Consultant, has been particularly helpful and patient.

I am really impressed with the professionalism and resilience that the team Lettings team at the Streets Ahead croydon branch have shown. They helped me find the perfect place in a very short timeframe. They were very regular with following up and organising the viewings. I felt a genuineness in the way my lettings negotiator Alexandra handled my search and her manager Kunal handled the negotiations successfully. Superb team effort!!!

Now that we finally found a place to live quietly, I would like to thank Gareth from Lower Addiscombe branch for being receptive and efficient in dealing with us, during the period we were in touch in our search for a home to rent (even if ended in renting with someone else) He used to always call me first thing in the morning and inform about any new property that became available knowing that we needed to move in a very short period of time, that was well appreciated. Now I certainly know whom to address next time I will be in need of a new place to leave with my baby. Thanks Gareth, you’ll be the first to think about at my next search for a place to live.

Since moving into my property in October 2019 I have been in contact with the Lucas Oliveira, the property manager about repairs needing to be completed. Lucas has always been prompt managing works with the builders and very responsive by email and phone all with a very professional manner. Happy to say all works have been completed and I'm very satisfied. Definitely would recommend. Thanks Lucas!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Pawel who was selling our apartment was very helpful throughout the whole process. The whole team did an amazing job. Our apartment was sold just after the 1st viewing. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to sell their property. Very knowledgeable and nice people. Pawel also helped us with the purchase of our new house.

Visited this location couple weeks ago... Gareth was really cooperative and patient. He gave me time to understand my real requirements on location, size and budget. Though I never got into a rental agreement with them as I got approved on another offer same day but among other places that visited I felt this office more welcoming and understanding. I would like to give 5 stars to George Barnes & Emma Mckenzie, from Streets Ahead Croydon branch, for their great services that they offered me in finding an excellent property that fits with my budget and my expectations. Over one month and half, between January & February 2020, George gave me the opportinuty to visit multiple properties that he or his colleagues were managing in Croydon area. For those visits, I benefited from George's flexibility in time scheduling, his attention to my needs and his proactive approach. Emma has been also very flexible and proactive during the process of filling all the documents to kick off the contract. I would like to thank both again (George and Emma), and their other colleagues that I have met during the visit of the properties to rent.
