Louis Craggs has been fantastic since I moved into my new property. I had a few issues which needed to be addressed and he handled the with the upmost professionalism and also very quickly! All issues have now either been resolved or those which have not, I am given frequent updates which gives me peace of mind knowing they are being dealt with. We have rented this house for 8/9 years and never had a problem with manning stainton. Since Louis has taken management of our property things have been a lot faster and more efficient. He is very polite and always quick at replying to emails and sorting any problems we have.
