Disgusting&bad service wasting time using this agents Idk how they get reward

Fully managed property management with streets is as bad as ever. They are expensive but no quality and no response from property manager(most of the time).

Terrible! We live next to a tenant (Kianne Brown) that Streets Ahead manage the property of 123 Morland Rd, CR0 6HB. She has assaulted a cab driver in the middle of the road, has late night parties, deals cannabis, has threatened physical violence towards us and other neighbours. We fear for our lives and everyday is a nightmare. Streets Ahead refuse to cooperate with the police and will not evict this person. They are only interested in making money and do not care about the safety of the neighbourhood in Addiscoombe. How did this tenant even pass the supposed checks that estate agencies carry out. Seems they accept any trash!

One of the worst lettings agency. Property management is as bad as you can ever imagined - Unprofessional, lying. I rented a property from them and they haven't even cleaned the flat when I am moving-in. Inventory check hasn't happened. Flooring is plastered to cover the rot and boiler is broken. Had been chasing up the property management to fix the issues and they never respond. Heavily frustrating and fed up with their non-service. Never recommend this lettings agency to any one.

Bloody clowns! Sorted a viewing for 6 pm and left 1 hour early from work to make it on time. After driving 2 hours I was waiting 30 minutes the agent who wouldn.t pick up his phone . Then also found the train station which was 8 minutes drive and they told me 6 minutes walk , same was advertised on zoopla. WASTE OF TIME!

Asked for an evaluation as i am selling a flat for my brother who has MS and can no longer do such things. Dominic arrived and offered nothing constructive at all, asked what I was looking for and shut me down flat, offered his hand and walked out. I thought it was the estate agent who was supposed to be helpful. This company certainly aren't. I def cannot recommend them. Just awful.

Liars! Had our offer accepted, and heard nothing for 3 weeks after. I kept chasing the estate agents who said they couldn't get hold of the vendor. I went round to the vendor and they had in fact spoken multiple times, and turned out the vendor was unsure if he actually wanted to sell! Would have been nice to have been told the truth

We are currently renting with Streets Ahead Croydon. At viewing of the property the agents seemed so lovely and helpful but as soon as you get the keys, they don't care about you and your house problems. First, we were supposed to moved in in a professionally cleaned apartment, when we opened the door on the day of the removal we were in shock: there was a dead rat on the floor, the kitchen was filthy, the sofa was dirty, the windows, walls and floor were in horrible state! Nobody bothered to clean it, only after my angry call they send us some cleaners to clean while we were carrying boxes in the flat! but this is not the main problem of this agency, be aware that they absolutely ignore the emails from their tenants! We had a few serious issues in the flat and I contacted them several times (the name of our property manager - Stephanie) who absolutely ignored all my emails and never bothered to reply so I needed to contact the landlord directly. We pay our rent on time and expect some timely service when we have some issues in the house. It is absolutely unacceptable attitude! Avoid this agency!

worst agent ever, I would warn everyone not to use this agent as we ended up in dreadful situation because of Streets Ahead! I am surprised they have any good reviews at all, I suspects these reviews are not genuine! This agent is just a bunch of con men working in suits...

I was trying to rent a studio flat in city house from this company. I gave them all needed documents and all was fine and I paid the holding deposit as well. I didn't know what is going on because no one contacted me. I was traying to call them about for one week, but no one answered. She called me one day before and she told me that I am to young and I am not gonna get that studio. That was unprofessional and I do not recommend this lady at all. Thank you to make me almost homeless.
