Having bought a property through Martyn Gerrard, I whole heartedly recommend the services of this estate agent and in particular - James Maynard. They were diligent, offering a customer-focused services, absent of any pushy sales techniques. A great impression stood throughout the transaction and impressed solicitors and family members alike, this estate agent and James' personal touch would be my first choice for all my buy/sales related activities in the area.

I recently purchased a property being managed by Martyn Gerrard and I can recommend Mark Fordham no end. He’s a great people person and excellent at managing all the various and moving aspects of set of purchases in a chain! I shall not hesitate to contact Mark in the future should I be buying or selling a property.
