I recently purchased a property through Balgores Hayes. Their agent, Michael, was superb throughout. He was the only agent in the chain that made an effort to progress the chain and when complications arose at the bottom of my chain, he phoned solicitors to try and resolve the problems and kept me updated. He certainly went above and beyond what was expected of him and I would definitely recommend Balgores Hayes to others.

Joe Hayes has been a huge help through the entire process of buying my flat. He kept me updated and always phoned back. If out of the office, one of the team would always ask if they could help and were very polite and friendly. Peter Walker (mortgage advisor) was also a great help. He explains the complicated parts so that you understand what is going on and gets things done straight away. I would recommend using Balgores to anyone! It was my first time buying and although I had a few hiccups along the way, Joe and Peter went out of their way to help and hurry things along.

Originally a recommendation by a friend I was instantly impressed by the initial contact and communication from Joe. I then spent some time looking at other agents and online providers (who may have been cheaper but lacked a professional touch!) but the first impression by Balgores stayed prominent so there really was no other company close! The original help from Michael and the leg work by Joe nearer completion I felt was of a very very high standard and totally worth paying for!! Martyn Gerrard helped me find my perfect flat in almost no time and the least worries. Can Kaya was the letting agent who helped me find a perfect flat in the perfect location within my budget. He helped me view a flat that was beyond my budget and kept me in mind, a week later he called again to show me the flat that I ended up renting. He was super patient with me, very cooperative and dealt with me with high proficiency! He did not spare the least advice! He is a star who made finding a flat for me a piece of cake!

Both Dario and Antonio have been great and calm communicators at all stages of what ended up to be a particularly stressful sales process. They both responded to enquiries in good time and worked well together as a team to secure the sale. Dario appeared to be particularly good at staying in touch with all parties (including solicitors) and maintained a steady stream of feedback as and when required. Good job, chaps!
