This was our first time selling a property and MG Crouch End and Abby in particular made the whole process smooth as butter. Especially as she seemed to get that we wanted the right buyer, rather than simply pushing through a quick transaction which could backfire. Martyn Gerrard are one of the most personable estate agents in Crouch End. Me and my Partner were recently searching for a rented property, and Daniel was a huge help during our search. He really understood our needs and what type of property we were after. He was very quick at arranging viewings prior to then coming onto market, and always communicated with us effectively to ensure we did miss out on potential properties. He was very understanding during our stressful search and helped make it a less stressful experience. Martyn Gerrard tends to get a lot of gorgeous properties that are very popular.
