Excellent service, value and personal interaction

This is the second year that we have let out our house for 5-6 months through Martyn Gerrard in Crouch End. We have worked closely with the agents in this branch and have nothing but praise for their work. I would particularly like to note the great service we received from Lavinia Coroama who let the hunt for a tenant for us this year and Andrew Martin who led last year and continued helping this year. Lavinia was always cool and calm and perseverent, carefully following up leads, queries and concerns. Finding short term tenants of quality is not an easy task but she (and the team she is a member of) were successful both years where other agencies failed. They deserve the highest praise for their work.
