my boyfriend and i have had a great experience moving into our new flat with Martyn Gerrard as our agent. we dealt mainly with Can, however when he was on annual leave we also dealt with some of his colleges, the cross over and transfer of information at this point was faultless. the team, specifically Can, have been incredibly professional and thorough. Can has gone out of his way to assist us in a process that certainly didn't go as smoothly as hoped due to issues that came up with moving out of our current property. Email responses were prompt and help, or answers to questions were never hard to come by. When issues came about, it was never a case of been told no, we were always given suggestions and alternate options to go around.
