We have purchased a house through them, however, the chain had issues and Reena, a Move Manager for the company stepped in and managed the issues and every stage of the process (and bump in the road). She's a fabulous asset to your company, a lovely caring individual, who took the bull by the horns and sorted the issues down the chain.
