I dealt with Kay Berry at the Crossgates branch who helped co-ordinate the move. Kay was fantastic from the start, she called me once the chain was complete to introduce herself, fully explain the process and answer any questions, she acknowledged that I work shifts and worked around this eg by not calling during the day time when I was working nights! I know Kay was in touch with everyone in the chain regularly, no questions I asked were silly and her responses were always prompt and professional but so friendly. Move day was made so much less stressful by Kay's hard work and I really felt supported through the entire process.

This was our first family house move and that too from one city to another.
