I recently used the Crossgates branch to help sell a property. From the start they dealt with all stages of putting the property on the market through to the viewings and finalising the sale. I spoke to Danielle a couple of times when I visited the Crossgates office and also on the phone. I found Danielle to be very helpful and dealt with my queries very promptly. She was quick to inform me of any potential viewings and I was kept up to date by text and through the tracker app, which was very useful and great to have all information in one place and easy to access. Manning Stainton have gone above the call of duty for us during the sales process. We have purchased a house through them, however, the chain had issues and Reena, a Move Manager for the company stepped in and managed the issues and every stage of the process (and bump in the road). She's a fabulous asset to your company, a lovely caring individual, who took the bull by the horns and sorted the issues down the chain.
