I dealt with Kay Berry at the Crossgates branch who helped co-ordinate the move. Kay was fantastic from the start, she called me once the chain was complete to introduce herself, fully explain the process and answer any questions, she acknowledged that I work shifts and worked around this eg by not calling during the day time when I was working nights!
