We found our rental property through Martin & Co they are helpful and well mannered

I used Martin and Co for letting a property and I have to say at the start I did not find them very supportive and they appeared to favour the tenant. I also found over the years that they were very good at letting me know about problems but not so good at getting back to me in response to phone calls or e mails and I usually had to call back myself. However I am just about to sell the property and I have to say they could not have been more helpful and Tallulah in particular has been a star. She has definitely gone the extra mile. The staff have recently been polite and some of them very helpful and understanding so I believe things have definitely improved from my earlier experiences.
