Martin and Co have looked after my property for the last five years. They have been excellent in acquiring new tenants when necessary, very good communication when there have been issues, always easy to get hold of and very prompt responses to emails or phone calls. I have felt my property was in very safe and capable hands. There was a slight issue with a tenant leaving the house in a very dirty state which should have been dealt with before the new tenants moved in, but on the whole Martin and Co have been extremely competent. I would recommend them.

Very helpful people to meet who work here, Jessica & Jack.. A little 'slow' in getting certain things paperwork wise to me as a landlord, yet when I ask, they send thru things efficiently. Would definitely recommend!

On the whole, a very good service so far. This is the first time my property has been let by Martin & Co and although there were some initial 'teething' problems; I feel confident that all will be well. Laila Keeling did a great job finding a suitable tenant and has kept me upto date every step of the way.
