I recently had a very sensitive situation that I needed assistance with regarding a neighbouring property. Daniel was able to swiftly get in contact with the owner as the property was previously managed by them, and consequently the landlord was informed that illegal activity was being carried out on his premises and able to take steps to put this right. I was so impressed and grateful for the kind manner and fast help, even the police wouldn't help me!!! Thanks Daniel!!!

I just recently moved into my Martin & Co Crewe rental property and didn't know how the gas heating system worked. So I rang the Martin & Co office and spoke to Dan who was more than happy to help.. was all sorted within 1 hour and now sitting here very toasty with my heating on ! ;P I'm not saying every bad review is wrong (I'm sure some people have genuine reasons) but there is always two sides to a story - that's why I wasn't put off renting with Martin & Co Crewe when I was looking to rent. Martin & Co are nationwide and very respected.

I have to say that I am thrilled with the service I have received from Martin & Co (Nantwich), if not pleasantly surprised having had bad experiences with timescales from other estate/letting agents. We are new customers and they have offered an excellent response time to my queries. Dan has either rang or emailed me back in a short space of time and has even offered to assist me outwith of his normal working hours. Very personable, very efficient and I am very impressed.

Martin & Co have been really helpful throughout our rental process. Having moved to just outside Nantwich from just outside London, they made the process very hassle free. Since moving in, they have been really quick to respond to any queries we have had and dealt with the one minor maintenance issue we had on the same day that I logged the issue. We have dealt with Daniel who is very helpful and professional. He has been able to recommend local tradespeople to us as coming from London we did not know anyone local.

Used Martins in Crewe to find tenants. Prompt and efficient service. Their credit check revealed prospective tenant has County Court Judgements against them! So Martins found an alternative tenant and to date they have been excellent. Accounts system also efficient. I would certainly use them again.
