A great experience letting with Winkworth specifically with Chloe. I have historically always managed my own tenancies but decided hand it over to Winkworth because their fees were competitive and when I met Chloe for the first time she was really professional and knowledgeable. I have been in regular contact with Chloe since the start of the process and she has made it easy work. A suitable tenant was found within a few weeks and I am pleased with how easy the process has been.
