This is our first ''Buy to let property' in Crawley so it was wonderful to meet Wendy and Ben from Northwood who could not do enough to help us. There were several issues such as chasing missing keys from the previous tenant, having locks changed and general practical advice. We live a 110 mile trip away so it was not always easy for us to deal with some of the issues arising from buying the flat and making sure everything was in order for our new tenants. Most important, of course, was finding the tenants and within 4 days the flat was signed up even before it had been refurbished. We would highly recommend their service and would not hesitate in using them again. ..

I have been living in a Northwood property for 2 and a half years. I have always found them to be professional and responsive whenever I have needed their services. Excellent Service

Northwood have handled the lettings of our properties in Crawley for around the last 10 or so years. I am very happy with their service. The staff are always approachable and any problems arising are dealt with without delay. We moved out of the area about eight years ago so we are perhaps not familiar with some of the staff who have joined the company since. I would like to extend our thanks particularly to Mr Peter Green whom we have dealt with since the "beginning". He is always ready to help and advise, providing solutions to any problems which may arise, and always goes that "extra mile" I have dealt with a number of lettings agents over the years but have not come across any that are better than Northwood.

I get regular monthly statements and have had nothing but positive, friendly and helpful service during my experience with Northwood. I have 2 properties being handled by under the guaranteed rental income scheme by Northwood. The thing I like is the hassle-free guaranteed income, the fact that I can completely trust them to ensure the properties are kept in an appropriate condition, handling all of the messy finding of tenants, etc. A great scheme, handled by them really well, I wouldn't have it any other way now - having suffered one tenant "doing a runner" in the past.

I have been renting my property through Northwood now for a year and a half and cannot thank them enough! They are always helpful and quick to respond. they know the area well and have looked after my property well. I am on the guaranteed scheme with them and will be signing up again in 6 months when my agreement expires. The team at the Crawley branch are so helpful and always go the extra mile!

Helpful, informative and quick to resolve any issues we or our tenants may have had. Regular inspections of the property has taken the worry out of letting the property to tenants. The property is always in good condition, clean and looked ater any time we have needed to visit which has not been often as there has been little need.
